Founded in 1974 and based in Buenos Aires, Rioplatense is one of the leading Argentine companies in beef processing. Our vision is driven by our pursuit of the highest quality meat possible and reliable, traceable products. Our processing capacity continues to grow. Currently, with 2000 head of cattle per day, we are one of the largest beef slaughter facilities in the country. The RIOPLATENSE Grain Fed program offers consistently high-quality beef. The animals are fed a corn-based diet for 120 days.
