Order processing is understood as business days.

Orders placed on Monday are delivered by Saturday of the same week, while those placed from Tuesday to Sunday will be shipped the following week.

We take special care in preparing, packaging, and shipping your order, as we are committed to satisfying you not only through our products but also through the conditions in which they are delivered to you.

Your order is processed within 2 to 3 business days. Your package will then be delivered to your home 24 hours after shipment, so Private Chefs Market customers are encouraged to plan their orders accordingly.

YOUR ORDER

Any order placed through the website will be validated and confirmed by email sent to the address you provided when creating your account. This confirmation will include your delivery day and the delivery address you specified.

Private Chefs Market is committed to processing each order as quickly as possible (2 to 3 business days).

All orders will be fulfilled subject to stock availability. Private Chefs Market will notify you by email as soon as possible if any products are unavailable.

An order confirmed on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday guarantees shipment the following Wednesday, subject to stock availability.

PACKAGE PREPARATION

All the products we offer are of high quality, and above all, they are fresh products that require special attention to preserve their condition during transportation.

Your order will be handled by our teams, who are trained to respect the handling of fresh products, maintain appropriate storage conditions, adhere to good hygiene practices, and ensure the traceability of food products.

To provide the best cold chain solutions, we have selected AIRLINER thermal packaging from COLDPACK for its extended temperature preservation performance, combined with eutectic gel cold packs.

This first layer of packaging will be placed inside a cardboard box to maintain the inflatable structure of the AIRLINER, which also ensures the secure placement of your products during transport.

DELIVERY

All our deliveries within mainland France and Monaco (excluding Corsica) are carried out by our transport partner Chronofresh, La Steff. All deliveries within Europe and internationally are handled by our transport partner Seafrigo Airfreight.

If you are absent at the confirmed delivery address on the scheduled delivery day, you will be informed of either a second (paid) delivery or the availability of your package at the nearest refrigerated collection point designated by our carrier based on your delivery address provided during your order.

When creating your account, we offer you the option to specify multiple delivery addresses for receiving your orders. By categorizing them based on their location ("Home" = Residence, "Work" = business or professional address, etc.), we offer you as many options as possible to provide the best possible service.

If you wish for a delivery date beyond the announced delivery time, please inform us of your preferred delivery date in the "comments" section, and we will contact you to provide the best available solution.

Shipping and Delivery

General Information

We ship orders to the following destinations: Mainland France, DOM, TOM, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Germany, Spain, Italy, Netherlands. European and International destinations upon request and quote only.

Delivery Issues

We take all necessary precautions to ensure that our packages are delivered in good condition and within the specified time frames. However, if you encounter a delivery problem, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the situation.

  • Damaged Package: If you receive a damaged package, please refuse it in the presence of the delivery person and report the incident to our customer service.
  • Defective Item: If you find that one or more items are defective despite the package being intact, please contact us immediately. We may request photos for verification.
  • Undelivered Package: If you report that you have not received your package even though it is marked as delivered, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier to resolve the issue. We reserve the right to resend the ordered items or to refund you; the final decision will be made by us. Resent items will be identical to those originally ordered and of the same size. No modifications will be accepted. We may also request a sworn statement from you.
  • Non-Delivery Due to Entry Error: If your package was not delivered due to an entry error, reshipping costs will be at your expense.
  • Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received: If the carrier indicates that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact us so that we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.
  • Non-Delivery Within the Specified Time Frame: If your order is not delivered within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date, and this is not due to force majeure, you may request cancellation of the sale by sending us a letter or an email. We will also initiate an investigation with the carrier to determine the cause of the delay.

Delivery Zone and Taxes:

  • Delivery Zone: The European Community and Switzerland.
  • Delivery costs are indicated at the time of order placement based on the chosen delivery options.

KAIROS HOSPITALITY AND TRADING SASU is unable to inform you of any customs or import taxes applicable to an order for a country outside the European Union. It is therefore your sole responsibility to contact your customs office to obtain the necessary information and the costs incurred by the delivery of your product. These taxes or import fees are at your expense.
