Its first importation to the United States took place in the 19th century and since then, it has become one of the gems of American gastronomy. In addition to selecting the best specimens of this breed, we also perform a three-step quality control after slaughter to always offer you the best:

• Verification of the meat color.

• Verification of the marbling.

This Beef is internationally recognized for its numerous characteristics that meet quality criteria. A ranking is established based on taste, tenderness, and marbling level.
