In 1895, Léon Bourgeois and his brothers bought a mill on the banks of the Petit Morin.
Since then, his descendants have continued the adventure, ensuring the balance of the company: large enough to invest in efficient production tools, yet still small enough to maintain a personal relationship with each client.
The Bourgeois family also includes its employees: 150 experts who share values of listening and modesty, with the aim of better serving the bakery craft.
Local
The Moulins Bourgeois are fortunate to be located in Seine-et-Marne, in the heart of the Parisian basin, the breadbasket of Europe.
Therefore, we have chosen to source only French cereals, cultivated within a radius of 200 km. The local terroir and climate guarantee us excellent quality raw materials.
In addition, for organic flours, we have signed contracts with passionate farmers, with whom we maintain close relationships.
