Family business

In 1895, Léon Bourgeois and his brothers bought a mill on the banks of the Petit Morin.

Since then, his descendants have continued the adventure by ensuring the balance of the company: large enough to invest in efficient production tools, but still small enough to maintain a personal relationship with each client.

The Bourgeois family is also that of its employees: 150 experts who share values of listening and modesty, in order to constantly better serve artisanal bakery.

Local

The Moulins Bourgeois are fortunate to be located in Seine-et-Marne, in the heart of the Paris basin, the breadbasket of Europe.

Logically, we have chosen to exclusively source French cereals, grown within a radius of 200 km. The local terroir and climate ensure excellent quality raw materials.

In addition, for organic flours, we have signed contracts with passionate farmers, with whom we maintain close relationships.
