Farmers from father to son and daughters At Maison Sales, we have been farmers from father to son for 15 generations (since 1510) in the Pyrénées-Orientales (66), in Perpignan. Attached to their roots, this family of Catalan gardeners passes down the secrets of the living world, and, just like Chefs in their kitchens, enriches their traditional know-how with constant innovations and original techniques, often jealously guarded.
