Family business

In 1895, Léon Bourgeois and his brothers bought a mill on the banks of the Petit Morin.

Since then, their descendants have continued the adventure, ensuring the balance of the company: large enough to invest in a high-performance production tool, yet still small enough to maintain a personal relationship with each client.

The Bourgeois family also includes its employees: 150 experts who share values of listening and modesty in order to better serve artisanal bakery.

Local

Moulins Bourgeois is fortunate to be located in Seine-et-Marne, in the heart of the Parisian basin, the breadbasket of Europe.

Therefore, we have chosen to exclusively source French cereals, cultivated within a radius of 200 km. The local terroir and climate guarantee excellent quality raw materials.

In addition, for organic flours, we have established contracts with passionate farmers with whom we maintain close relationships.
