Our beef is 100% certified American Black Angus. The Black Angus breed comes from the Aberdeen region in Scotland. Its importation to the United States began in the 19th century and since then, the country has made it one of its main gastronomic assets. In addition to carefully selecting the best strains of this breed, we perform a three-step quality control after slaughter to always offer you the best: • Fat color control. • Meat color control. • Marbling control. This American beef has many characteristics that meet international standards. A ranking is established based on different quality criteria: taste, tenderness, and marbling level. It is the marbling, also known as marbling, that gives the meat its flavor. Furthermore, since 1999, Black Angus has been certified hormone-free, in accordance with the NHTC quality standard, in order to be imported into the European Union.
